A Boudoir Session in Mallorca
I think it is evident by now that we love simplicity and light. Nothing beats removing all the layers from a boudoir session and simply capturing a woman as she is. Romina Schischke shows us just that with this bridal boudoir of Steffi in Mallorca.

Steffi is 34 Years old. She has a 15-month-old son and is newly engaged. For her boudoir session, we played music in the background to ensure a really comfortable atmosphere. Steffi is a quiet and really gentle person. So I wanted to create a safe and relaxed environment to give her the chance to unfold. We got along really well, talked, laughed and created some really feminine photos. The fact that I shoot film made the process even slower and more intimate. I was able to be present the whole time without getting distracted by digital screens etc.
Romina on how she hopes to inspire women through the art of Boudoir
Sensuality is in a woman’s attitude. In a boudoir session photographers show how sensual, vulnerable and strong a woman can be all at the same time. I want women to be aware of those feelings, and be proud and self-confident about it. Boudoir Photography is not about perfection, it is about the unique beauty of a strong woman.
